We hear these terms a lot! The main part of #ascension is taking in these light codes from the sun which activates your #dna aka #dnaactivation 🧬

It happens at a very gradual pace and can’t be forced or expedited. We are all receiving these light codes to help us with ascension. So get out in the sun for 10-15 minutes every day to connect with Mother Nature and the sun 🌞
