1 tortilla
Cut three circles
Repeat
Place in a muffin pan
Chopped mushroom
Chopped yellow pepper
Chopped red pepper
Chopped green onion
Repeat
Crack three eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Mix well
Pour into the tortillas
Shredded cheese
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F/175°C
Done!
