ChatGPT gives up and says its OpenAI's fault

I was just messing around with ChatGPT then it got more serious.

ChatGPT has been known to be somewhat bias. Not the fault of the AI, that i know. The data it has been fed probably was washed out given the state of censorship. If the data isn't there, it can't be used. hey you don't know what you don't know. Not using any tricks somehow it finally admitted if it is bias it wouldn't know and if it is, it is OpenAI's fault.
