Denzel Washington is an A-list Hollywood actor, and of course, the man has some A-list real estate to go along with it. He calls a mansion in the most exclusive LA neighbourhood his long-time home & his other properties are impressive as well. Even early on in his career, his previous Toluca Lake home was gorgeous. Denzel Washington is one of those timeless actors who’s experienced a ton of success in his career, receiving many awards including 2 Golden Globes, 2 Academy awards and more. He’s also gotten critical acclaim for his film work since the 80s, including his portrayals of real life figures in roles like Malcolm X and Frank Lucas in American Gangster, just to name a few. Not only is Denzel an A-list actor, he’s also a director and producer. In 2002 he made his directorial debut with the biographical film Antwone Fisher and went on to direct more – one was even up for an Academy Award.
