Mesquite Smoked Maple Cured Venison Bacon

I've been wanting to try this for a while, finally said it's time!! Using Mesquite chips in the smoker and using a Maple Cure with a Cinnamon Swirl seasoning definitely adds a nice taste to breakfast.
