Mandatory evacuation from Siversk in Donbas: Ukraine helps people escape from Russian shelling

Due to Russian shelling in the Donetsk region, civilians are dying. Therefore, mandatory evacuation of children is carried out in sixteen settlements of the Bakhmut community. Anastasiia Volkova will tell how this mechanism, developed by the Ukrainian authorities, works on the example of Siversk.
