Predatory Lawyer Evades Disbarment (but should he have been disbarred?)

Bad Lawyers. What are we going to do? How about Attorney Discipline? A Missouri lawyer assaulted four jailed women he was supposed to be representing on criminal charges, and engaged in other acts of misbehavior that the Missouri Supreme Court found to be "egregious." Yet, in spite of that, it did not disbar him. I react to the opinion, and want to know what you think!
