Pico do Arieiro - Pico Ruivo, Madeira, Portugal 🇵🇹

The trail (5.4 km) from Pico do Areiro (1818 m) to Pico Ruivo (1862 m) is the most famous hike on the island of Madeira (about 11 km round trip). This parh connects the highest points of the island, offering countless views of the colorful valley and cliffs above the clouds. You go from peak to peak, which is why this hike is also known as "Pico-Pico".
