Police officers and beards. Someone asked...

I noticed a question online about #police officers having beards. Clearly within the last few years we have seen more and more police officers with beards so it's being allowed...IF...the department policy allows it.
Yeah, thank you Captain Obvious Scott. Well, the thing is, there is fine print.
