Rando Timspinner Part 1: Dream Mode Seed is Sucking

I recently discovered the Timespinner Randomizer which has given all new life to the game. For this channel I am going to play as much of the story as possible while trying to take it easy. However, this is one bad seed. I'm getting nothing worth using.

I do record gameplay on the highest setting possible, but the upstream is really slow where I live so I have to crunch down the file pretty much past the point of looking decent. I've looked into it and all the IPs provide the same level to my house. I have noticed that government offices don't turn of wireless over the weekends and they have the really nice stuff.
