Part 3 dog rescued from ditch

Once pulled out of the ditch he was overwhelmed as we later found out he had got out while there back gate was being painted. He had been missing for 3 days. (Owner was looking for him) And on the 4th day a person heard screaming coming from a ditch and reached out to us since they called the city but the city never responded.
