In this video, I go over the recent ruling from the Arizona Supreme Court regarding Kari Lake V.S. Katie Hobbs. All but the signature verification challenge has been rejected by the Arizona Supreme Court as they think the Court of Appeals have sufficiently ruled on. The issue with the signature verification is being sent back to trial court because they ruled under the assumption that it was a challenge to the policies themselves and not the application of the policies.
