Wolf Head Guard - Taking Shape
I am working at carving a wolf head into the guard on the handle for aesthetics. This will additionally cover up some of the faults in the steel that I had near the blade. I did not want to weld more on the knife. The concept of welding 3 different metals upside-down in water was extremely complicated with causing additional faults and creating new issues for welds. This was the best way to cover things up.
