How to Climb a Rope: The Tactical Games

I've been asked a number of times about creating a "how to climb a rope video", with respect to the Tactical Games. So to that end I teamed up with my buddy Matt from Crossfit Coeur D'Alene. As a competitive athlete and coach, he walks us through the progression to enable someone to climb ropes.

After the pro approach, I chime in with my bastardized version of how to climb a rope. Largely the mechanics are all the same, just a little less technique involved in the footwork.
