Today we're recreating the starbucks lemon loaf!
I wanted to be able to close my eyes and feel like sitting in a Starbucks restaurant. I must say I'm pretty happy with the end result. This cake is moist, tangy, sweet and most of all delicious!

Ingredients:

FOR THE CAKE:
Eggs: 3
Selfraising flour: 200grams (or use 200 grams normal flour with 10grams baking powder)
Sugar: 160grams
Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
Butter: 75grams (melted)
Vegetable oil: 75ml
Yoghurt: 75grams
Lemon juice: 50 ml (from 1 lemon)
Lemon zest: 8grams (from 1 lemon)

FOR THE GLAZE:
Icing sugar: 125grams
Milk: 15ml
Lemon juice: 10ml

OVEN TEMPERATURE AND TIME:
165 degrees celcius
25-35 minutes
