Amy Swearer appeared in front of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance and the House Oversight Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Energy Policy, and Regulatory Affairs for a joint hearing: ATF’s Assault on the Second Amendment: When is Enough Enough?

In her testimony, she outlined a number of specific ways in which Congress can begin undoing ATF’s problematic attacks on the Second Amendment and the separation of powers and prevent the agency from using these same abusive tactics in the future.
