WILL THIS CHEAP FIX MAKE MY 14FT JON BOAT FASTER ( 6HP OUT BOARD MOTOR)??

I'm trying to see if I can get a lil bit more speed out of my 6hp motor. Attwood's Hydro- Stabilizer That bolt to the bottom of your motor might work? I'm having a problem getting the boat on plane, when I shift my weight to the front of the boat I get more speed. the Hydro- Stabilizer is supposed to help with that, and thats what we're going to find out. If you see something that I might of gottin wrong let me know in the comment area!
