Wisconsin Elections Commission Continues To Snub State Law

On March 21, 2023, the Waukesha County Circuit Court held a motion hearing on Richard Braun vs. Wisconsin Elections Commission. Case Number 2022CV001336. Presiding Judge Michael P. Maxwell. The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) on behalf of Rick Braun, a registered Wisconsin voter and taxpayer, in regards to the use of the National Mail Voter Registration Form.
