2 Timothy 2:15 New King James Version
15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!
I was incredibly challenged, convicted, and motivated by this morning's scripture, because I always wonder sometimes “What am I gonna use this passage of scripture for?”, or “What good is this particular book of the Bible for?” Over the years, God has been showing me that every part of His Word is important, and has been giving me a love for it like nothing else, especially since leaving the IFB. It's why I so echo what Warren Wiersbe states in his commentary, when he says, “Unlike the textbooks that we write, God’s Word is perfect, flawless, and complete. Because human language changes, we require new translations of God’s Word; but the Word of God never needs revision or improvement.” In short, God’s Word IS God’s Word, no matter the translation, and every bit of God's Word is valuable! I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional, have been especially motivating to me, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that you will see through them, how valuable God's Word is for yourself.

Why is the wisdom found in Scripture relevant for you today?

Right now, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from His Word on this matter, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what God allows me to share with you, will motivate, encourage, and challenge you to be willing to not just read God's word, but to grow more in your understanding of it, and to let God's word be that lamp to your feet, light to your path that it's meant to be. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn just how important and vital it is, to study scripture every day! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge you to be that diligent worker/student of God's Word, so that you will study, meditate, and live out the principles of God's word in your life every day.

How can you grow in your understanding of it?

I pray that you will make it a point to study God's word daily. That you never find any part of God's word useless, but that you will want to study and learn every bit of it. But you will want to study and learn God's word for yourself every day, so that you will be able to know God's love for you, and His ways more and more each day. That you will let God's word be that lamp to your feet, and light to your path, that it will be radiant to you every day, enlighten your eyes, as well as your heart and mind, so that it will direct your steps, and help you love God all the more.

UNTIL FRIDAY:

HAVE AN ABUNDANTLY BLESSED AND PEACEFUL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
