Surveillence camera (CCTV footage) records a flikering light inside a store when a man wearing a hoodie walks through the store's closed doors like a ghost, or as many say can be a time traveller, or someone from other dimension.

This video is from January 2016...
If you notice, at the top left corner is the date stamp,
which says 2016-01-30... but, when the man walks through the store's closed doors, it flickers and changes to 2019-01-30?... what's happening there??
