Traditional Archery Hunting with Headshot Balloons as 3D targets: Breathe, Pull, Release, Repeat

If you're just beginning your archery journey, just remember you're doing this to have fun and you will definitely improve even if you can't hit the board at first. Start with a traditional recurve bow and make sure the grain of your arrows match the poundage of your bow so the arrows don't explode in your face. Next just buy some balloons and keep trying until you can shoot them on your first try! Instead of an arm guard I hold the bow at an angle where the string doesn't hit my arm.
Archery is just the golf for martial arts and hunting enthusiasts. You're surrounded by green, you hear only nature, and you just enjoy aiming for the target and shooting. Remember, the misses are part of the journey too so I included them in this video!
