✨We are all slaves to our devices to some degree or another. This poignant animation reminds me to pause and consider putting my phone down for the day. Turning it off, sticking it in a drawer, and NOT checking the weather, my texts, my notifications, NOT listening to podcasts or keeping up with the items people send me.
The addiction might be stronger than we think. And breaking addictions is such a juicy undertaking.
