Kevin Durant is best known as the star basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA. Has snagged some pretty luxurious real estate throughout California. Including a lavish abode in Oakland Hills, when he was a member of the Golden State Warriors and a luxurious dig in Malibu, California. In addition, Durant had previously owned a home in Oklahoma City, where he had started his NBA career. After recently selling the pair of California homes, the one in Malibu sold in 2019 for a whopping 12.1 million dollars which boasted beachfront views, and the home in Oakland Hills that went for a tad under 6 million dollars which were also right off the beach. It’s a bit of a head-scratcher why Durant decided to leave California.
