I’m talking about trouble sleeping or staying asleep.

1. Thoughts are the number one reason why ppl can’t get back to sleep. Find out how to switch those thoughts to help you sleep.

2. Breathing. Maybe there is an issue with breathing. While I’m not Talking about sleep apnea in the video it’s a consideration for sure.

3. Hydration— maybe you’re over hydrated or under hydrated. Both will wake you up.

4. Nutrition. Maybe you’re eating shitty or not enough. Both will wake you up.
