Millions of people in U.S. don't have health insurance. What about human rights?

"The Western countries are going backwards, while China is going forward", leader of the Workers Party of Britain and former member of parliament, George Galloway, said at the second "International Forum on Democracy: The Shared Human Values" on Thursday. "Millions of people in the United States don't even have health insurance. What about human rights?" he asked.
