Kalamalka Park Grass Fire March 22 2023

C oldstream Fire Hall recieved reports of a large grass fire in Kalamalka Park just before 4pm Wednesday March 22, 2023.

BC wildfire service and Lavington Fire Hall were notified.

Coldstream Fire had the large grass fire under control before either agency arrived at the scene.

No reports of injuries or what caused the fire.

Kalamalka Park is a popular destination for hikers with kilometers of trails.
