US Army COE plans to raise water levels in Lake Isabella following repairs

Repairs to the dam, which began in 2017, are essentially complete, and the US Army Corps of Engineers have plans in the works to restore the lake to its original capacity. 23ABC's Breanna Polk spoke to Jeremy Croft with the COE about the plan.
