Australian PM emotional over Indigenous referendum

Australia's Prime Minister Anthony Albanese appeared visibly emotional on Thursday (March 23) as he announced the question it wants to put to a vote in a proposed federal referendum later this year to constitutionally recognize its Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
