Uganda creates laws, like their neighbors, US should not interfere.

Uganda created laws outlawing homosexuals in their country. Many nations throughout Africa and the Middle East, Asia have severe punishment for people engaging in that type of behavior. Many are executed, by stones, thrown off buildings, stemming from the wrath of God (Babylonia times, men with men, women with women). They take this very serious, when it comes to God. Many punishments, are from "Old Testament" scripture.
