Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 8 tablespoons of tapioca
• 300g shredded chicken
• 1 chopped tomato
• 1 grated carrot
• Salt to taste
• Pepper
• 1/2 chopped onion
• Chives to taste
• 1/2 cup of water
• 10 g of baking powder
• 50 g grated parmesan cheese

Method:

Grate the carrot, chop the onion, tomato and chives.

In a bowl, add the eggs, chicken, tomatoes, carrots, onions and chives. Stir well, add the tapioca, season with salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well, add the baking soda, and keep stirring some more.

Unite a shape and pour the mixture forming a uniform layer.

Spread the Parmesan cheese, put it in the oven at 200ºC and bake for 30 minutes.
