One-on-one with Aurora Regino, a mother fighting for parental rights

California Congressman Doug LaMalfa recently introduced Federal Bill HR 1585, also known as the Prohibiting Parental Secrecy Policies in Schools Act. It would withhold federal funding from schools that allow children to undergo secret gender transitioning at school without their parents' knowledge. Aurora Regino, a mother whose daughter was directly affected by this school secrecy policy, said her daughter was harmed by this policy and filed a lawsuit to make sure other children don't have to suffer.
