Wicked Bar-Room "Power Slam" Move | Self Defense Move | FightFast

In a violent encounter, fine motor skills usually fly out the window the second you realize a fight is going to happen. What I love about Mike Serr's self defense techniques is they rely on simple gross motor skills to get the job done. This power slam move is a great example. His self defense techniques are also proven in the real world. They must work in crowded bars and clubs, or narrow alleyways and in between cars (the places where real street fights and self defense situations occur).

This move relies on you taking advantage of an attacker's clothing. And more importantly it gives you leverage allowing it to work on a larger man. In a real street fight you WILL be attacked by a larger man, period. So you self defense techniques must work on larger opponents.
