Info from Licensor: "It was 11:23 p.m. My husband was taking the trash out from the garage and I had a bag of trash to bring out from the front door. My husband didn’t hear or see me coming out the front and once I got next to him, he screamed. He thought I was sneaking up on him but I wasn’t even trying to scare him in this video."
