Court CRUSHES ATF: AGAIN! Frame Receiver Rule

We have yet another injunction granted vs. the ATF, this time to stop the ghost gun "frame receiver" rule, linked and explained in the videos below. The ATF is trying to expand their jurisdiction by defining words that go beyond their legal authority, or so at least claim the plaintiffs. The federal court judge agreed and issued a ruling (also linked below) stating as such.

But what does this mean for firearm owners? What legal trends are we witnessing emerge that can have a broader impact beyond those in the privately manufactured firearm world, aka "ghost guns"?
