5 minute Sacral chakra meditation with 417hz music

Welcome to this guided meditation on the sacral chakra, also known as the Svadhisthana chakra. This chakra is the second of the seven chakras and is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. It represents our emotional and creative expression, and is associated with feelings of pleasure, passion, creativity and joy. It is represented by the color orange.

The 417hz music is the frequency of the sacral chakra. The music and animated mandala are both created by me.
