Basic Roleplaying (Chaosium) to be Released Under ORC in April - How Soon Before the OGL Dies?

Chaosium just announced the April release of the updated Basic Roleplaying: Universal Game Engine will be under the as-yet-unreleased ORC license, which is a solid indication that Chaosiun likes what it sees thus in ORC. It also brings us closer, I think, to the end of the OGL. I explain why in the video.
