Kim Foxx of Cook County, husband Kelly (formerly Donny) was arrested when he was young in Matteson, Illinois on felony weapon's charges and has since changed his name from Donny Foxx to Kelly Foxx.

June of "22" Kim Foxx's husband called the police to their Flossmoor Illinois residence. Kimberly struck her husband because she didn't like a social media post he had made. She apparently has a penchant for violence herself. No charges were brought against her.

Gardner of St. Louis, is the prosecutor responsible for going after the McCloskeys for defending their home during the 2020 nationwide Insurrection.
