"Isabelle" - severely frostbitten kitty lost her ears, leg, tail. | SPCA Shelter Medical

Meet Isabelle. She came to us in January with frostbite that would eventually cost her much of her ears, a leg and her tail. She's very quiet and calm and is getting to know the other kitties in our Welland shelter community cat room.
