Love Yourself More: 15 Minute Meditation With Self-Love Affirmations

In this self-love meditation, you will be guided to connect with your breath and your body, and to cultivate feelings of love and acceptance towards yourself. As you find a comfortable seated position, either with closed eyes or a soft gaze, you will begin to notice any sensations or tension within your body without judgment.

Through deep breathing and placing both hands over your heart, you will access the space where love for self and others exists. Gradually, you will allow your breath to become smooth and effortless, releasing any negative thoughts with each exhale.

As you repeat the mantra "I am loved" with each inhale, and "I am enough" with each exhale, you will draw in self-love and release anything that no longer serves you. You will be encouraged to visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror, looking into your own eyes and repeating affirmations of love and worthiness.

Through this practice, you will cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, acceptance, and compassion towards yourself.
