East HS parent: ‘This place is a ticking time bomb’

Steve, a parent of a sophomore at East High School heard from his child who is in the school library after a shooting was reported on campus. “Imagine how disruptive your work environment would be if you're going to work everyday with fear of these types of things going on at your place or employment.
