Did Warner Bros Pull The Plug on SHAZAM Fury Of The Gods? | Zachary Levi BURNS Black Adam and Dwayne The Rock Johnson with Instagram post | Did David Zaslav get a WIN and let Shazam rot to clear the way for James Gunn & Peter Saffron's NEW DC Universe?

Amazon Prime Video apparently leaked a release date for Shazam 2 | Shazam Fury Of The Gods for PVOD (Premium Video On Demand) for rental or purchase and then rather quickly removed it, but not before some websites picked up on it and sent it all over twitter.

Amazon initially reported that Shazam Fury Of The Gods would be available for purchase and rental via PVOD on Amazon Prime Video as of April 18th, which would be only about 30 days after the theatrical release.

Now this may seem like a pure error, but we've seen a LOT of shortened theatrical windows in the past 18 months. If ANYTHING, the error was on the part of Amazon for perhaps letting this slip out early. Following the reports, Amazon Prime Video updated the page to reflect a "coming soon" instead.
