Puna Historic Trail to Shipman Beach Adventure Run with Mom | Workout Wednesday 08

In this video, my Mom and I run the 2.9 mile (one way) Puna Historic Trail on the big island of Hawaii to Shipman Beach. Despite the rain, we had a fantastic adventure running through the mud, over lava and through the jungle. We also saw multiple turtles in the water once we reached the beach! I encourage anyone who visits the big island to take part in their own Puna Trail Adventure!
