Stalking Cat Stares Into Mans Soul

Info from Licensor: "I went outside to my backyard to hang my washing on the line. To my surprise, when I turned my head left in the direction of my neighbors back yard, gazing over the fence I noticed something that was astounding. Low and behold, my neighbors black cat was staring directly at me through their back window while holding on to the mesh screen! I was shocked. After a few seconds of trying to comprehend what I was witnessing. I quickly grabbed my phone and flicked to my camera and started recording. The cat stayed in the same position sternly focused on me, with it's eyes glowing in the light of my phone camera's flash. Instantly I knew that this was a very unusual occurrence."
