Can you discharge "willful" copyright infringement awards in Bankruptcy?

This video discusses bankruptcy code 523(a)(6), which will not allow a debtor to discharge a debt in bankruptcy if it is "willful AND malicious." The party seeking to enforce the debt has the burden to prove BOTH "willful" and "malicious" conduct that lead to the injury. If so, the debtor/infringer might be unable to get rid of the debt in bankruptcy court.

This video discusses the In re Barzos case at 545 F.32 702 9th circuit court of appeals case, which overturned the bankruptcy court of appeals decision and set the law straight in California and Arizona, and other states covered by the ninth circuit.
