CAN POLITICIANS BLOCK YOUR COMMENTS ON TWITTER?

In this video Attorney Steve, the copyright and intellectual property lawyer discusses whether or not Donald Trump, the President of the United States, is allowed to block a person who gives negative comments on his Twitter feed @RealDonaldTrump. Trump claims the account was PRIVATE and that he has a First Amendment right of association to pick and choose who gets to comment on his website and Twitter page. The Court in New York said NO. The Court ruled that the website was public in nature and akin to a digital public forum and that blocking the viewer/commenter who disagreed with his policies was protected free speech and subject to "strict scrutiny." Not being able to pass that test, the blocking of the Twitter dissenter was considered "unconstitutional." Have you ever wondered why the President is sworn to uphold the constitution but when they don't )as all presidents are found to do from time to time) there is no repercussion.

What does this say about the oath of office? Something I always wondered about.
