Many new lawyers and in pro per litigants would be wise to watch this video in its entirety. You will learn how to deal with the courts and opposing counsel when they become the "pitbull" litigator or "Rambo" litigator or "Attack Dog."

At times, even though there is a "duty of advocacy" when you represent a client, this is not a license to be a BULL IN A CHINA SHOP.

At times, you may need to remind opposing counsel of their duties and obligations in regard to communications, discovery, motions, meet and confer, avoiding abusive tactics and ad hominem attacks.
