In this video Attorney Steve® discusses a Motion to Quash a subpoena and early discovery filed in the Eastern District Court of California. The case seeks to prevent prolific copyright infringement filer Strike 3 Holdings, LLC (maker of adult pornography such as Tushy, Vixen and Blacked) from seeking to force AT&T the internet service provider to turn over the subscriber's name and address. Apparently, it appears the subscriber is an elderly widow.
