In this video Attorney Steve® discusses first amendment rights of free speech and whether you lose those when you walk on a college or university campus that has "policies" that curtail, limit, or even shut down 1st amendment constitutional rights.

The case at issue is Burch v. University of Hawaii from the district court of Hawaii and case filed by a students group seeking declaratory judgement that their civil rights were violated when they were not allowed to hand out a copy of the constitution on campus, and instead, were told to do it in a campus "free speech zone."
