This case is good for "John Doe" Defendants as it shows that Motions to Quash can be won. In this case, the complaint failed to properly allege which movies were infringed in Exhibit "A" filed with the Complaint. All the Exhibit had was hash files and the "site" where the movies were alleged to have been downloaded from (ex. Tushy and Vixen).
