Sorry about the sound drop off in this video (I think its time for a new Mic). In this video, Attorney Steve® discusses recent FTC action in relation to social media law. In particular, posting fake companies reviews online can lead to trouble and "buying" your fans and followers to try to "puff up" your online presence (many times trying to pose as an "influencer") can lead to problems with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC can issue fines, and even shut your business down.
